Story of this one-of-a-kind canvas painting: Inspired by the 12th of February 2006 in New York City and the most amazing body of work of Jackson Pollock. I still remember this day, standing in front of the large window, staring out, seeing all this happy snow flakes flying down, an amazingly large amount of them ... a blizzard! A full 26.9 inch of snow dumped on NYC, the highest snowfall ever counted by government records.
This is truly a great piece for any loft or office space. I started with this work, planned as a diptych, but then decided to offer this large NYC abstract piece separately. In my portfolio you will find the other one as well. Could be a cool idea to buy both if you have a larger space to hang them.
A homage to Jackson Pollock.
